US Airstrikes Hit Yemen Amid Missile Tensions

The U.S. military conducted fresh airstrikes on Yemen's northern Saada province on Tuesday night, targeting the Takhyah area in the Majz district, according to Houthi-run al-Masirah TV. No casualties have been reported so far.

Amid these strikes, regional tensions escalated when a Houthi group claimed it targeted Israel's Nevatim Air Base with a "Palestine-2" hypersonic missile. The Israeli military stated that the missile was intercepted by the IAF before it could cross into Israeli territory.

This flare-up comes on the heels of previous U.S. airstrikes on Yemen following vows from former U.S. leader Donald Trump to continue attacks until Houthi actions against Red Sea shipping subside. Meanwhile, Houthi leader Abdulmalik al-Houthi warned on televised TV that escalation against Israel would intensify if the renewed assault on Gaza does not stop.

Early Tuesday, massive airstrikes in Gaza shattered a fragile ceasefire and resulted in significant casualties, deepening the regional conflict. As this complex situation unfolds, stay tuned for more updates and keep your eyes on the news. 😎🌍
