🚨 New Orleans Under Attack: Tragedy Strikes Bourbon Street
In the early hours of Wednesday morning, chaos erupted on Bourbon Street, New Orleans. A driver in a pickup truck sped through the bustling street at around 3:15 a.m., aiming to \"run over as many people as he possibly could,\" according to Police Chief Anne Kirkpatrick. The horrifying incident has left at least 10 people dead and over 35 injured.
The suspect didn't stop there. From his vehicle, he opened fire, wounding two police officers who are now in stable condition. \"He displayed very intentional behavior,\" Kirkpatrick said during a press briefing.
