DPRK Completely Cuts Road and Rail Links to South Korea 🚧

Brace yourselves! The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has just shut down all road and railway connections to South Korea. 😮

On October 15, under orders from the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea, the DPRK's army took action. They physically cut off the roads and railways leading to the Republic of Korea (ROK) in both the eastern and western parts of the southern border. Talk about a bold move! 🚂✂️

The official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported that 60-meter-long sections of roads and railways in Kamho-ri, Kosong County, Kangwon Province, and Tongnae-ri, Panmun District, Kaesong Municipality, were completely blocked through blasting. 💥

A spokesperson for the DPRK Ministry of National Defence stated, \"This is an inevitable and legitimate measure taken in keeping with the requirement of the DPRK Constitution which clearly defines the ROK as a hostile state.\" Yikes! 😲

But don't worry about the environment! 🌿 The DPRK Ministry of Land and Environment Protection confirmed that the blasting had no negative effect on the surrounding ecological environment. Phew! 😌

The Ministry of National Defence added that the DPRK will continue to take measures to \"permanently fortify the closed southern border.\" Looks like tensions are heating up on the Korean Peninsula once again. 🔥

Earlier, on October 9, the Korean People's Army General Staff had already announced plans to cut off these connections amid precarious situations on the peninsula. It's a developing story, and we'll keep you posted! 📰

Stay tuned for more updates, amigos! 🤝
