China Search & Rescue Saves 4 in Myanmar Rubble

In a rapid and brave rescue, the China Search and Rescue Team pulled four survivors from the rubble in Mandalay, Myanmar, after a powerful earthquake struck on March 28. The quake brought widespread damage and left many trapped, but the team moved quickly to save lives.

At the Sky Villa residential area, a young girl was rescued at 5:37 a.m. and a pregnant woman at 6:20 a.m. Soon after, a courageous rescue at the Great Wall Hotel site at 12:40 a.m. helped a woman escape the debris. The operation reached a milestone when the fourth survivor was pulled out from Sky Villa at about 7:20 a.m. on Monday.
