A devastating bus accident occurred early on Wednesday in Thailand, claiming the lives of at least 17 passengers and injuring 40 others. The coach, carrying government workers on a study trip from Bueng Kan in the north to Rayong, a distance of approximately 840 kilometers, lost control and overturned on a steep downhill curve in Nakhon Ratchasima province around 3 a.m. on February 26.
