Among those who lost their lives were six Mexicans aboard the aircraft and one person on the ground. This devastating incident was confirmed by statements from Mexico's president and Philadelphia's mayor on February 1.
The jet was on a mission of hope, transporting a young girl who had recently completed treatment at Shriners Children's Hospital. She was traveling with her mother and four dedicated crew members. Our hearts go out to their families and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time. 💔
