Sophie Boutaud de la Combe, director of the Office of Public Information and Communication of the IAEA, shared her excitement at an event marking the 40th anniversary of China's accession to the IAEA. She highlighted the multifaceted cooperation between the IAEA and China, covering nuclear energy, tech applications, safety, security, and nonproliferation. 🤝

Liu Jing, vice chairman of the CAEA, emphasized China's commitment to working with the IAEA and global partners to innovate nuclear energy tech and expand cooperation. \"We want the benefits of nuclear energy to reach more countries,\" he said. ❤️

During her visit, Boutaud de la Combe explored the China National Nuclear Corporation, the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the Qinshan nuclear power base.
