China Dominates WTT Singapore Smash, Sweeps All Five Titles 🏓🇨🇳

China has leveled up the game at the World Table Tennis (WTT) Singapore Smash by clinching all five titles on offer! 🏓✨ The Chinese paddlers showed unbeatable skills in both the men's and women's doubles finals, as well as dominating every singles title match.

In an impressive display of teamwork, Wang Chuqin and Lin Shidong partnered for the first time at a WTT event and dominated the competition. They triumphed over the Chinese Taipei duo of Lin Yun-ju and Kao Cheng-jui in straight games, with scores of 11-2, 11-4, and 13-11. Lin also shined individually, winning the men's singles final against Frenchman Alexis Lebrun in straight games.

Another highlight was Liang Jingkun’s thrilling victory over top seed Wang Chuqin. The match went the full distance, with Liang clinching the seventh game 12-10 in a nail-biting finish.

In the women’s singles semifinals, Kuai Man boosted her performance by celebrating her 21st birthday and securing the mixed doubles title alongside Lin. She overpowered teammate Chen Xingtong with a decisive 4-2 victory.

The other semifinal was equally intense, as world No. 1 Sun Yingsha battled through a tightly contested match against Wang Yidi, finishing the deciding game at 12-10.

The women’s doubles final was an epic showdown where Wang Manyu and Kuai triumphed over Sun and Wang in a thrilling 3-2 match. This victory marked Kuai’s second title of the tournament after her earlier success in mixed doubles. 🏆🎉
