Last Saturday, the atmosphere in Rongjiang County, nestled in southwest China's Guizhou Province, was electric! The Village Super League (VSL) International Friendlies kicked off with a unique match that brought together cultures from around the globe 🌍.

Co-hosted by China's Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Argentine Embassy in China, the event saw 24 diplomats from 15 countries immersing themselves in the vibrant ethnic customs of Guizhou while embracing the universal language of football.

The highlight of the day was a thrilling match between the Diplomats' Team and the local VSL club Luohanguo. Donning eye-catching pink jerseys 🌸, the Diplomats' Team featured 19 players from 12 countries across North and South America, including Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Mexico, and Dominica.

Despite differences in nationality and language, both teams showcased a shared passion for the beautiful game ❤️⚽. The camaraderie on the field was palpable, proving that football truly unites people beyond borders.

The match, played in two action-packed 25-minute halves, kept spectators on the edge of their seats. Cheers erupted as both teams scored, and the game concluded in an exciting 2-2 draw, leaving everyone eager for more.
