❄️ Hey snow enthusiasts! The buzz for the 9th Asian Winter Games is heating up (or should we say, cooling down?) as the Chefs de Mission Seminar just kicked off in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province on Monday!

Representatives from 32 National Olympic Committees gathered to get the latest scoop on the Games, set to take place next year. The Hangzhou Asian Winter Games Organizing Committee (HAWGOC) shared exciting updates on preparations, covering everything from competition services and venues to the Athletes Village and even what's on the menu! 🍜

Delegation chiefs are diving deep into 17 major topics, including anti-doping measures and accommodation services. Plus, they've got the chance to get their questions answered and their concerns addressed directly by the organizers.

To make things even cooler, HAWGOC is holding one-on-one sessions and setting up consultation booths for 14 different operational areas like ticketing, protocol, and medical services. They're all ears to make sure every delegation's needs are met! 🎧

And it's not just talk—delegation leaders are hitting up the competition venues to check out the facilities and site conditions firsthand. Gotta make sure those ice rinks are slick! 🏒⛸️

Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) vice president Song Luzeng praised the efforts, saying, \"We are pleased to see that with the concerted efforts of all stakeholders, HAWGOC has achieved great success.\" High fives all around! 🙌
