Meanwhile, the impeached Prime Minister Han Duck-soo was asked by the police to appear for questioning for a second time, making him the first cabinet member to be interrogated twice over the martial law issue. The impeachment motion against Yoon was passed on December 14th and is now with the constitutional court, which has up to 180 days to make a decision. To officially remove Yoon from office, at least six out of nine constitutional court justices need to uphold the impeachment.
