. On Saturday, a Philippine ship reportedly \"deliberately\" collided with a Chinese ship during a routine operation. China's not taking it lightly and has warned the Philippines against escalating the situation.
Liu Dejun, spokesperson for the China Coast Guard, stated that the Philippines should bear responsibility for the incident 
. According to Liu, Philippine Navy ship No. 9701 illegally entered Xianbin Jiao at 8:02 a.m. and made provocative moves. China's navy issued warnings as per their laws and regulations

\"We once again warn the Philippines to face reality and give up illusions. Withdrawing the ship immediately on its own is the only correct way,\" Liu emphasized.
China also cautioned that they might take \"necessary measures\" if any provocative actions threaten their maritime rights. They underscored their indisputable sovereignty over the Nansha Qundao (Spratly Islands), including Xianbin Jiao, and its adjacent waters
