Changsha is buzzing as the fourth China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo kicks off from June 12 to 15. Under the vibrant theme 'China and Africa: Together Toward Modernization,' the event brings together energy and innovation from both continents. 🚀

Over 300,000 participants from 53 African countries, 27 regions from the Chinese mainland, and 11 international organizations are set to join the dialogue. More than 4,700 enterprises will exchange ideas, drive partnerships, and open new growth opportunities.

This dynamic expo spans a variety of sectors—from modern agricultural machinery and clean energy to smart mining technology, traditional medicine, cultural industries, and youth entrepreneurship. It truly is a melting pot of innovation and tradition!

Since its launch in 2019, CAETE has evolved into a key platform for international trade, with previous sessions recording 336 cooperation projects valued at $53.32 billion. This year, organizers are eyeing 128 new projects, with potential deals exceeding $7 billion across transportation, healthcare, manufacturing, and more. 🤝

For many African nations, the expo not only widens access to the vast market of the Chinese mainland but also attracts crucial investments in sectors like agriculture, clean energy, and transport. Such collaborations foster technology transfer, infrastructure financing, and skills enhancement, driving sustainable development.

New initiatives, including special exhibitions showcasing renowned China-Africa cooperation brands, high-quality African products, and cross-cultural collaborations in tourism and Chinese medicine, further emphasize the expo's commitment to modernization and global exchange.
