🚀✨ Space enthusiasts, get ready! The ISSSP2024 just wrapped up in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and it was out of this world! 🌍🌠
Talented youth from across the globe showcased their innovative ideas in space science and payload design. Nearly 200 teams from over 50 countries and regions participated, with total participants exceeding 1,000! 🌐👩🚀👨🚀
Among them, 30 standout teams from 10 countries and regions made it to the finals, bringing their A-game to Hong Kong SAR. The competition was jointly organized by the Chinese Society of Astronautics, Beijing Institute of Technology, International Academy of Astronautics, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Talk about teamwork! 🤝
To top it all off, a special roundtable talk featured four space heavyweights: Niu Aimin, vice president for international cooperation at USPACE Technology Group Limited; Bernard Foing, executive director of the International Lunar Exploration Working Group; Xu Yansong, director general of the Education and Training Department at the Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization; and Olivier Contant, executive director and academician at the International Academy of Astronautics. Truly, these are the stars guiding our path to the cosmos! 🌟
