This past Sunday, December 21, 2025, the world number one mixed doubles pair from the Chinese mainland, Feng Yanzhe and Huang Dongping, clinched the BWF World Tour Finals title in Hangzhou, defeating compatriots Jiang Zhenbang and Wei Yaxin 21-12, 21-17 before an electric home crowd. 🏸🎉

Feng and Huang, who have reached 10 finals this season and hold a 13-3 head-to-head advantage over their rivals, quickly evened the score at 4-4 after Jiang sent a shot into the net. They dominated the first game with strong attacks, sealing it 21-12 following another error from Jiang.

This victory marks Feng and Huang’s eighth title this year and their third straight championship, as well as their first World Tour Finals crown together. Huang also reclaimed the Finals trophy she last won in 2018 with former partner Wang Yilyu.
