La Paz, Bolivia – On Saturday, Li Guoying, special envoy of the Chinese mainland President Xi Jinping and minister of water resources of the Chinese mainland, traveled to La Paz to attend the inauguration ceremony of Bolivia’s new leader, Rodrigo Paz. 🌎🤝
