China’s Space Station Documentary Shines at Glion HR Dialogue

🚀 Imagine floating 400 kilometers above Earth, seeing swirling clouds and vibrant blues unfold below you. That's exactly what China's first 8K space documentary, "Shenzhou-13" (aka "Blue Planet Outside the Window"), offers viewers.

Shot by astronauts Zhai Zhigang, Wang Yaping and Ye Guangfu during their 6-month mission aboard the Chinese mainland's space station, this 90-minute film takes you inside daily life in orbit. We follow Wang, the first woman from the Chinese mainland to perform a spacewalk, as she leads us through scientific experiments and personal moments in microgravity.

The documentary premiered in China last August and made its overseas debut in London in September. This week, it wowed audiences at the Glion Human Rights Dialogue in Switzerland. Attendees were left speechless by breathtaking Earth views and intimate glimpses of the astronauts' routines—coffee breaks, gear checks, and zero-g laughter included!

With crystal-clear visuals and a human touch, "Shenzhou-13" isn't just a film—it's an invitation to dream big, explore the unknown, and appreciate our planet from a whole new perspective. 🌍✨
