Gravity-1 Rocket Soars Again in Second Sea Launch

Hey space explorers! 🌌 The Chinese mainland's commercial carrier rocket Gravity-1 just rocked its second sea launch off the coast of Haiyang in Shandong Province. At 10:20 a.m. Beijing Time on Saturday, the rocket soared into the sky, successfully placing three satellites into their orbits.

Onboard was a wide-field satellite ready to capture epic swaths of Earth, plus two experimental satellites designed to test next-gen tech in space. This mission, led by the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, marks another milestone after Gravity-1's debut flight in January 2024.

Sea launches like this are super cool because they give rockets more flexibility on launch sites and trajectories. And for us? It means more insights into our planet and advancements in communication, Earth observation, and tech innovation. 🌍✨

Stay tuned as the Chinese mainland continues to push the boundaries of commercial spaceflight! 🚀
