Chinese Vice President Han Zheng met with Malaysia's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Transition and Water Transformation, Fadillah Yusof, on Wednesday, during the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit in Nanning, capital of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
"China and Malaysia are good neighbours, good friends and good partners," Han said. He added that the two sides will implement leaders' key agreements, ramp up cooperation in politics, economy, trade and culture, and work towards a high-level strategic China-Malaysia community with a shared future.
Fadillah Yusof affirmed Malaysia's strong commitment to the one-China principle and expressed his country's eagerness to maintain close high-level exchanges with the Chinese mainland. He highlighted plans to enhance cooperation in economy, trade, energy, water resources, tourism and more. 💡🌊✈️
