Xi Signs Orders to Enforce New National Park, Health & Arbitration Laws

These laws were adopted by lawmakers at a session of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress last Friday.

Public Health Emergency Response Law 🦠
This law sets up a nationwide health emergency reporting system with rapid alerts and efficient response. Hospitals and medical staff must report any outbreaks within two hours. It has 65 articles in eight chapters and kicks in on November 1, 2025.
