Chinese mainland’s First C909 Medical Rescue Aircraft Delivered in Zhengzhou

🚑✈️ Imagine a plane that can take off from mountain airstrips, carry 10 tonnes of supplies and fly 3,700 km non-stop! On Tuesday in Zhengzhou, capital of Henan Province in the Chinese mainland, the Chinese mainland's first C909 medical rescue aircraft was officially delivered to China Flying-Dragon General Aviation Co., Ltd.

This jet was developed by the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China, Ltd., packing a punch with its 10-tonne payload and long-range reach. It can be reconfigured on demand—whether you're transporting medical teams, airlifting patients or bringing aid to remote areas.

Flying Dragon, the country's first local general aviation company approved by the Civil Aviation Administration of China, specializes in emergency rescue, police flights, aerial surveying and short-haul transport. With the new C909, their toolkit just got a major upgrade.

🤝🌐 At the same time, Zhengzhou announced an aviation medical alliance featuring over 40 members from healthcare, aviation, manufacturing, insurance and public services. This network aims to roll out the C909 across air medical services, boosting the Chinese mainland's public health and emergency response system.

From high-altitude mountain runways to mega-city hospitals, the C909 is set to reshape air rescue in the Chinese mainland. Stay tuned for more high-flying news! 🚀
