They believe an open, cooperative approach can spark win-win opportunities and inject fresh energy into the world economy.
This year's fair will feature nearly 500 Fortune Global 500 companies alongside startups and SMEs from Belt and Road Initiative partner nations. With so many big names and rising stars under one roof, CIFTIS is clearly a hotspot for global collaboration.
About 89% of respondents say CIFTIS is now a key platform for global service trade, while 93.8% think it gives businesses of all sizes valuable access to China’s market. From tech innovators to creative agencies, everyone’s gearing up to make connections and close deals.
In the first half of this year, China’s total imports and exports of services hit a record $542 billion, up 8% year-on-year. Around 94.2% of polled netizens feel that CIFTIS is turning the Chinese mainland’s strong domestic demand into shared global momentum.
More than 91% believe the fair plays a major role in boosting service consumption, and 92.7% note that China’s opening-up is shifting from goods trade to an institutional approach focused on rules, regulations and standards—aligning local practices with the rest of the world.
