China Ranks 2nd Globally in Intelligent Computing Power

Hey data lovers! 🌐 At the 2025 China International Big Data Industry Expo in Guiyang, Liu Liehong of the National Data Administration dropped a bombshell: China's total intelligent computing capacity just hit 780,000 PFlops, zooming into 2nd place worldwide. 🚀

This leap is powered by the national East Data, West Computing initiative. By July, 25 urban business nodes were up and running, and eight major computing hubs account for over 60% of the new capacity, with 620,000 PFlops already dedicated to smart computing.

Guizhou is stealing the show as a pioneer hub. The province has built the world's first 400G all-optical network computing channel, setting a new bar for data highways. 💡

The three-day expo runs through August 30 and features talks, demos, and networking with over 16,000 guests and 375 enterprises. For anyone tracking the future of tech and the digital economy, this is where the next big thing is happening!
