During talks with Thai Foreign Minister Maris Sangiampongsa, Wang Yi emphasized that China supports bilateral dialogue and stands ready to provide assistance that both sides find helpful. Maris praised China’s fair stance and its role in easing regional tensions.
Reflecting on 50 years of diplomatic ties with Thailand, Wang highlighted past cooperation in everything from trade to culture. He said China is eager to work with Thailand to:
