SCO Dialogue Sparks Cultural & Digital Unity in Tianjin

On Wednesday, the 2025 Inter-Civilizational Dialogue among SCO Countries kicked off in Tianjin Municipality of the Chinese mainland, drawing over 300 delegates from SCO member states. The event set out to deepen mutual understanding and boost cultural exchanges.

Delegates participated in vibrant forums, thematic discussions, cultural heritage experiences, and calligraphy exhibitions that celebrated the rich traditions of their civilizations while embracing innovative ideas 🚀.

A major highlight was the release of a detailed report on civilizational dialogue, which draws on digital cooperation practices among SCO nations. The report explores the convergence of digital civilization with Chinese modernization, outlining strategies for a fairer, more inclusive, and sustainable digital future 🌐.

This dynamic event showcased how merging traditional culture with digital innovation is paving the way for enhanced people-to-people connectivity and a shared future built on mutual respect and creativity 🤝.

Co-hosted by China’s State Council Information Office, China International Communications Group (CICG) and the SCO Secretariat, the dialogue promises to boost ongoing collaboration and inspire new milestones on the global stage.
