China-Central Asia Summit Ignites Regional Cooperation

The second China-Central Asia Summit wrapped up in Astana, Kazakhstan, sparking groundbreaking agreements that promise to boost high-quality regional links in trade, security, technology, and cultural exchange 🤝.

Among the 110 outcomes were landmark pacts like the Treaty of Permanent Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation and the Astana Declaration. New cooperation centers were established for poverty reduction, education exchange, desertification control, and seamless trade, setting the stage for dynamic future partnerships.

Expert Cui Zheng from Liaoning University explained that these outcomes build on a foundation of deepened trade and connectivity fostered since the first summit. He emphasized that mutual trust, innovation, and green progress are key to overcoming challenges like protectionism and market disruptions.
