Chinese Scientists Unveil Ultra-Bright, Ultra-Stable LED Breakthrough

Chinese researchers at the University of Science and Technology of China have made an electrifying breakthrough in LED technology. Led by Professor Xiao Zhengguo, the team has developed a novel method to produce all-inorganic perovskite films with larger crystal grains and enhanced heat resistance.

This innovative approach boosts LED brightness to an astonishing 1.16 million nits and extends its lifespan to over 180,000 hours – a huge leap from previous methods that struggled to balance efficiency with stability.

By adding specific compounds and using a high-temperature annealing process, the new perovskite material achieves a luminous efficiency above 22%, matching the performance of current commercial products. This breakthrough paves the way for high-end displays and ultra-high brightness lighting in future technology. ⚡️

Published in Nature, these findings spotlight the remarkable ingenuity emerging from Chinese research labs. Stay tuned for more updates on this game-changing tech evolution!
