Beijing is buzzing with innovation as the 27th China Beijing International High-tech Expo kicks off. The event, themed "Science and Technology for A Better Future," showcases over 1,200 cutting-edge technological breakthroughs in a sprawling 50,000-square-meter venue.
Spread across six dynamic exhibition areas—from information technology and intelligent manufacturing to medicine and health, carbon neutrality, digital economy, and regional innovation—more than 800 technology companies and institutions from home and abroad are gathered to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
Adding to the excitement, an investment and trade fair is taking place on the side, where hundreds of global business representatives are discussing deals in sectors like intelligent manufacturing and green energy. As one exhibitor, Hu Fang, mentioned, "We hope to expand the international market in developed countries and East Asia through this expo. At the same time, this expo also helps us connect with many foreign companies and form some cooperation with us."
For the first time, the expo features a dedicated area for intellectual property services. This new section is designed to offer innovative entities professional, market-oriented guidance while protecting their groundbreaking ideas. An Yongjun, director of the International Exhibition Department at the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Beijing Sub-council, noted that "through exhibitions, promotions, negotiations and policy releases, we provide clear investment guidance for multinational companies, boost investor confidence and build a regular platform for government-enterprise exchanges."
More than just a showcase, the Beijing High-tech Expo is emerging as a vibrant hub where tech enthusiasts, budding entrepreneurs, students, and curious explorers can witness firsthand the innovations shaping our future. Get ready to see how technology is lighting the way to a brighter tomorrow! 🚀
