China & IAEA Launch 5-Year Nuclear Pact for Global South

In a groundbreaking move, the China Atomic Energy Authority (CAEA) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) have signed a five-year roadmap to boost nuclear cooperation and support sustainable development in the Global South.
