Global Poll Reveals Widespread Praise for China’s Diplomacy 🌏✨

China is making waves on the international stage! 🌟 According to a recent CGTN poll, China's major-country diplomacy is earning significant global praise. The survey, conducted across 44 countries with over 32,000 respondents, highlights a growing appreciation for China's role in fostering international stability and cooperation.

Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs, emphasized China’s commitment to mutual success during a press conference at the Two Sessions. He noted that in a world filled with change and turmoil, China is playing a pivotal role in bringing stability.

The poll results are impressive: 89% of respondents view China as a successful country, up by 4.8 percentage points. Additionally, 77.8% believe China is a country worthy of respect, and 87.2% recognize a significant rise in China's international influence. 🌍✨

Interest in visiting China has also soared, with 72.7% of respondents now considering it an attractive destination, marking a 14.8 percentage point increase over two years. This surge is attributed to China's tangible actions on the global front, such as restoring diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran, promoting reconciliation among Palestinian factions, expanding the BRICS mechanism, and supporting the African Union's inclusion in the G20.

Moreover, 58.9% of global respondents applaud China's efforts in resolving geopolitical conflicts, while 53.3% commend its contributions to addressing global humanitarian crises. An impressive 73.9% support their countries' participation in international projects and initiatives led by China.

China's diplomatic initiatives are also receiving high marks: 87.6% endorse the Global Development Initiative, 90.3% praise the Global Security Initiative, and 91.3% highly evaluate the Global Civilization Initiative. These initiatives focus on promoting peace, development, fairness, justice, democracy, and freedom for all humanity.

Conducted in collaboration with Renmin University of China, the survey included participants from both developed nations like the United States and the United Kingdom, and developing countries such as Brazil, Thailand, and South Africa. The findings reflect a positive global outlook on China's efforts to build a fairer and more equitable international order.
