Cloud Classrooms Connect Sansha Students with Beijing Teachers: Bridging 3,300 km

👩‍🏫 From Beijing to the South China Sea, Yongxing School in Sansha is revolutionizing education with its innovative 'cloud classroom'. This 3,300-kilometer connection brings top-notch educational resources from Beijing's finest schools directly to remote students.

🌟 Cai Jiayu, a primary school student, shared her excitement after her real-time online music class: "Today, I learned a Beijing nursery rhyme and sang songs with the teacher. I hope I can visit Beijing someday."

🎶 Yang Juncheng, Cai's classmate, added, "I love learning this way. The teacher on the screen always introduces us to something new."

📚 Yongxing School, nestled in one of China's southernmost regions, once struggled with limited teaching resources. But in 2029, everything changed when they signed a collaborative agreement with the Experimental Primary School of Beijing Normal University.

🔮 "In the future, we plan to deepen cooperation and strengthen exchanges. Our school will continue to send teachers to Sansha for on-site teaching activities," said Wang Jin, a music teacher from the Beijing school.

🌐 To support this initiative, Yongxing School has upgraded its internet infrastructure and equipment, enhancing its remote education capabilities.

📈 "Since October 2022, we have conducted 155 remote learning sessions. We've also established partnerships with educational institutions outside Hainan to further expand access to quality resources," explained Guo Xing, principal of Yongxing School.

✨ The 'cloud classroom' model at Yongxing School is set to inspire similar programs across China, ensuring that children in remote areas can access premium education without geographical barriers. This groundbreaking approach aligns with this year's government work report, emphasizing the importance of promoting high-quality, balanced development in compulsory education. 🌏📖
