China Hits Record High: 2024 Becomes Hottest Year on Record 🔥

🔥 2024 has gone down in history as the hottest year ever recorded in China! According to the China Climate Bulletin 2024, the nation's average temperature soared to 10.9°C, marking an all-time high since 1951.

🌸🌞🍂❄️ Each season this past year broke temperature records, with spring, summer, autumn, and winter all experiencing above-normal heat. The country saw an average of 6.6 high-temperature days nationwide, the second-highest number since 1961.

In a press briefing in Beijing, Xiao Chan, deputy director of the National Climate Center, said, \"Following the El Niño influence from the previous year and against the backdrop of climate warming, China's annual average temperature has reached a new historic high in 2024.\"

💦 But it wasn't all heatwaves—heavy rainfall and other precipitation events caused significant damage, making 2024 the year with the fourth-highest average precipitation since 1951.

The China Climate Bulletin provides an annual comprehensive analysis of the nation's climate conditions, monitoring, and major meteorological disasters.
