China Clinches Mixed Team Aerials Title at FIS Freeski World Cup 🏂🇨🇳

Exciting news from the snowy slopes of Changchun! 🏔️ The Chinese mainland dominated the final mixed team aerials event of the season at the FIS Freeski World Cup held at Beidahu Ski Resort in Jilin Province.

In an intense eight-team competition, both the Chinese mainland and the USA sent two squads each, competing fiercely alongside Canada, Ukraine, Australia, and Kazakhstan.

Team China 1, featuring Olympic gold medalists Xu Mengtao and Qi Guangpu, alongside Li Tianma, soared to the top with an impressive combined score of 345.26 points. Team USA 1 secured the second spot with 317.05 points, while Team China 2, comprised of Chen Meiting, Wang Xindi, and Li Xinpeng, clinched the third spot with 316.72 points.

Qi Guangpu shared his excitement, saying, \"The weather today is better than yesterday, and all my teammates performed well, so I was very confident when I went out for the last run.\" His spectacular back double full-full-full earned him 123.53 points.

Li Tianma, fresh off winning the men's aerials title on Sunday, delivered a stunning back full-double-full-full for 122.57 points. Xu Mengtao, who triumphed in the women's aerials in Beidahu, added 99.16 points to the team's total.
