Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. (Waigaoqiao) has delivered its 579th vessel—a massive tanker—to a Dutch company, marking a historic milestone as the first Chinese shipbuilder to deliver over 100 million tonnes in combined carrying capacity. 
Over the past 25 years, Waigaoqiao has been a powerhouse in the maritime world, crafting almost every mainstream ship type and offshore product you can think of. From colossal cargo ships to sleek cruise liners, they've been charting new waters and building connections across the globe.
