China’s Foreign Trade Grows 4.9% in First 11 Months of 2024 🚀

🌏 China is on a roll! In the first 11 months of 2024, the total value of China's foreign trade hit a whopping 39.79 trillion yuan ($5.49 trillion), marking a 4.9% increase compared to last year. 📈 Talk about impressive growth!

Exports soared to 23.04 trillion yuan, up by 6.7%, while imports climbed to 16.75 trillion yuan, an increase of 2.4%. The significant strides in general trade and processing trade played a huge role in this uptick. General trade was valued at 25.5 trillion yuan, up 3.7%, making up 64.1% of the total foreign trade. Meanwhile, processing trade reached 7.22 trillion yuan, growing by 3.6% and accounting for 18.1% of the total. 🔄

China's top trading buddies? None other than ASEAN, the EU, the US, and South Korea! Bilateral trade with these partners grew by 8.6%, 1.3%, 4.2%, and 6.3% respectively. 🌐 Friendship goals!

To keep the momentum going, China rolled out a bunch of awesome policies in November to promote stable foreign trade growth. The Ministry of Commerce, the General Administration of Customs, and other departments introduced measures to integrate domestic and foreign trade, optimize the business environment at ports, and make customs clearance a breeze for enterprises. 🚢✨

Looks like China's trade game is leveling up, and we're here for it! Keep an eye out for more updates as we cruise into the new year. 🥳
