China is gearing up to supercharge its grain production! 🚀 In a bold move to ensure food security, the State Council has unveiled an action plan aiming to boost grain output by over 50 million tonnes by 2030.

By then, China's grain-growing area is expected to reach about 1.75 billion mu (that's around 117 million hectares 🌎), with the grain yield per mu hitting 420 kilograms. Talk about ambitious goals! 🙌

For nine years straight, China has harvested over 650 million tonnes of grain annually, with a per capita share standing at a solid 493 kilograms. This new campaign is set to elevate those numbers even higher, ensuring plenty of food on the table for everyone. 🍚🥢
