G20 2023: Can Global Leaders Unite for a Better Future? 🌍

The vibes were intense as the world geared up for the G20 Summit in 2023, hosted by India 🇮🇳. With the planet facing some pretty hefty challenges like climate change 🌡️🔥 and mounting global debt 💰, all eyes were on the leaders to see if they'd put their heads together and find some common ground.

India had its work cut out, trying to bridge the gaps between nations with different agendas and priorities. But hey, if there was ever a time to come together for the greater good, this was it!

In a recent chat with CGTN's Guan Xin, a group of experts shared their two cents on the summit's stakes and possibilities. The panel featured Sourabh Gupta, a senior fellow at the Institute for China-America Studies; Nelson Wong, vice chairman and president at the Shanghai Centre for RimPac Strategic and International Studies; Yose Rizal Damuri, executive director at the Center for Strategic and International Studies; and John Ross, a senior fellow at the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies, Renmin University.

They dove deep into how China could team up with other countries to kickstart economic growth 📈. Collaboration was the name of the game! By pooling resources and working together, there's a real chance to tackle these global issues head-on.

Will the G20 leaders rise to the occasion and find that much-needed consensus? Here's hoping they do—for all our sakes! 🙏
