The newly formed Group of Friends of Global Governance held its inaugural meeting, chaired by Fu Cong, China’s permanent representative to the United Nations. Under the guidance of the Global Governance Initiative (GGI), this group aims to strengthen multilateral cooperation and ensure a fairer future for everyone.
“It is our hope to join hands with all partners to deepen exchanges and cooperation on major global governance issues, pool our collective strength, uphold the banner of multilateralism, and work together for a future of fairness,” Fu said at the meeting.
