Chinese mainland Tightens Export Controls on 12 U.S. Entities

Starting at 12:01 p.m. on April 10, the export of dual-use items to these firms is prohibited, and any ongoing related activities must cease immediately.

The affected companies include American Photonics, Novotech, Inc., and Echodyne, along with Marvin Engeering Company, Inc., Exovera, Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc., BRINC Drones, Inc., SYNEXXUS, Inc., Firestorm Labs, Inc., Kratos Unmanned Aerial Systems, Inc., Domo Tactical Communications and Insitu, Inc. In exceptional cases where export is necessary, exporters must apply for approval before proceeding.
