Get ready for an epic cultural exchange! 🎉 The Ma Ying-jeou Culture and Education Foundation is inviting 40 students and teachers from seven universities on the Chinese mainland to visit Taiwan this November. 🌏
From November 27, these lucky participants will embark on a nine-day, eight-night adventure across Taiwan, exploring its rich history, vibrant culture, and stunning natural beauty. 🌄
The group hails from prestigious institutions like Peking University, Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Sun Yat-sen University, Zhejiang University, Fujian Normal University, and Beijing Sport University. And guess what? Olympic champions are among them! 🏅 Table tennis superstar Ma Long and shooting gold medalist Yang Qian will be part of this amazing journey. 🏓🎯
They'll be visiting top universities in Taiwan, including Taiwan University, Tsing Hua University in Hsinchu, Chengchi University, Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Chinese Culture University in Taiwan, and Chang Gung University. They'll also stop by Taipei Municipal Zhongshan Girls High School to meet local students. 🎓🤝
But it's not all about academics! The itinerary includes trips to breathtaking spots like Sun Moon Lake, so they can soak up the island's natural beauty. 🌅 Plus, they'll get to experience Taiwan's beloved baseball culture firsthand with fun activities planned. ⚾️
This isn't the first time the foundation has organized such a meaningful exchange. Last year, students from the Chinese mainland were warmly welcomed across Taiwan, creating wonderful memories and strengthening cross-strait friendships. 💖
Former Kuomintang chairman Ma Ying-jeou has also led youth groups from Taiwan to visit the Chinese mainland, fostering deeper connections between young people on both sides. 🌠
We can't wait to see the friendships and stories that will come from this exciting trip! Stay tuned for more updates. 📝✨
