🇨🇳 China Backs Hong Kong’s Passport Revocation of 6 Wanted Individuals 🚫

Hey there, news enthusiasts! 🌏 China has thrown its support behind the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's (HKSAR) move to revoke the passports of six individuals who have fled to the UK. These individuals, including Law Kwun-chung, are wanted by the HKSAR government on charges like splitting the state and colluding with foreign entities.

Lin Jian, spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, stated on Wednesday that this action is \"justified and lawful\" under the National Security Ordinance. \"These individuals have long been involved in anti-China and anti-Hong Kong activities, seriously jeopardizing national security, undermining the fundamental interests of Hong Kong, and challenging the bottom line of 'One Country, Two Systems,'\" Lin said.

The HKSAR's Security Bureau announced earlier that the passports of Law and five others have been canceled. The move aims to safeguard national security and uphold the rule of law in Hong Kong.

Lin emphasized that Hong Kong affairs are purely China's internal matters. \"I will reiterate that Hong Kong affairs are purely China's internal affairs and brook no interference from any external forces,\" he added.
